The new format “AK-SE goes digital” opens the first webinar of this year with a presentation on “Tips for leading successful online meetings and webinars” by Christine Mehring.
- Christine Mehring is a trainer in sales management and communication strategies, and a sociologist at Teambank AG. She specializes in the design of digital training formats and develops and designs qualification and knowledge transfer programs for sales professionals.
In his technical presentation, Karl-Heinz Busch will introduce us to the topic of “learning organization.”
Chris Argyris was one of the most important management thinkers and is considered the originator of the term "learning organization." In 1978, he published "The Learning Organization" with Donald Schön. However, it wasn't until Peter Senge's book "The Fifth Discipline" that the concept came to the attention of management consultants and thus the industry. Nevertheless, to this day, there is no clear definition of what characterizes a learning organization and how it can be implemented in practice.
The presentation provides an overview and concrete approaches for implementation.
- Karl-Heinz Busch, Dipl. Ing., is one of the leading coordinators of the Siemens Development System. He is a Lean Coach, Kanban Professional, Agile Coach, and Systemic Business Coach. He is leading a project to build a learning organization.
The lecture is followed by an open space – similar to barcamps.
They are shaped by the questions posed by the participants themselves.
You are welcome to bring your own topics.
The event is for free, however, a binding registration is required.
The number of participants is 100 people limited.
