As part of the NETSE webinar, PROSTEP AG will present the topic "Linked Data in Systems Engineering – Next-Level Networking of Disciplines." The seminar will focus on experiences with linked data in systems engineering. This includes both a superficial introduction to the technologies, such as ontologies and semantic relationships, as well as user-specific examples from industry. This will provide you with insights into current industrial projects and PROSTEP's latest software tool, OpenCLM. Afterwards, we would be happy to discuss with you how these approaches can be applied to your use cases. PROSTEP AG is the leading, vendor-neutral consulting and software company for topics related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). They support customers with consulting and software solutions in their digital transformation, preparing them for Industry 4.0. Systems engineering is a living reality here. In the product development process, linked data is a suitable methodological tool for connecting the large volume of information, data, and data sources. Combined with linked data principles, it offers a holistic approach to establish consistency and traceability across the various disciplines. Following this presentation, there will be ample time for questions and discussion. To promote regular regional exchange on the topic of systems engineering in the region, the Systems Engineering Working Group (AK-SE) was established within the VDI Northeast Bavaria District Association. The event is freeHowever, registration is required. So be quick, block the date in your calendar, and register on XING.
