We are pleased to welcome Diana Madzar as our new Head of Production for Medical Devices at MEDtech Ingenieur. She has been heading our production department since the beginning of 2025 and will play a key role in the further development of our company.

Diana studied mechatronics and brings extensive experience from her previous work as a process technologist and validation expert at Siemens Healthineers. There, she set up and optimized production lines for CT scanner detectors and served as the contact person for various audits.

We have already been supported by Diana as a freelance expert in the past, and her expertise has provided us with valuable support. Among other things, she has contributed to the introduction of new production lines and the implementation of our production process. She has actively supported us, particularly in process planning, validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), and the optimization of our manufacturing processes. This has also contributed to our MDSAP audit by TÜV Süd could exist without deviations.

We are delighted to welcome Diana as a permanent member of our team! With her extensive expertise and experience, she will make a significant contribution to our future success and take decisive steps in the further development of our company.
