Scrum was yesterday. Today, agile scaling is one of the hottest topics. Frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, and Nexus are on everyone's lips.
But what does this mean for the topic of systems engineering? 28.11.2019 away 17:30 finds again the Systems Engineering Working Group The conference will be held by the VDI in Erlangen. The topic this time is systems engineering in the context of agile scaling frameworks.
We'll explore this topic together. To do so, we'll briefly introduce two of the most popular frameworks currently available: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Large Scale Scrum (LeSS). We'll then discuss whether and how systems engineering is reflected in these frameworks, or how it can be implemented.
Anyone interested is welcome to participate. However, space is limited. Registration is, as always, via XING. This time, the event will once again take place at Method Park Holding AG in Erlangen.
